Jacob Young (Owner/ Operator)   Meet Jacob; a youth strength trainer here at Motor City Iron Gym. His vision is to make sure every one of his customers are happy and finding the best versions of themselves. Jacob is an athlete himself competing in power lifting as an adult, and Soccer and Football as a youth. Jacob studied CPT “certified personal training” through NASM. CSAC “certified speed and agility coach” through NSPA. Jacob gears toward building young athletes up for their sports seasons and improves them to becoming a top athlete.

Tommy Stiles ( Manager/ Head Personal Trainer)   Meet Tommy; a Competitive Body Builder here at Motor City Iron Gym. With awards in Body Building such as winning Novice Championship in 2017; Tommy is passionate about making sure the body and goals are set to a champion level. Sarah Budzyn (Sales Consultant/ Personal Trainer)   Meet Sarah; a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, consistently learning and furthering her knowledge to help her clients reach and surpass their health and fitness goals. She works closely with her clients putting emphasis on teaching correct form during exercise not only to prevent injury, but to rehabilitate and work around any existing injuries. She’s passionate about creating an exercise and nutrition program for each individual client that is sustainable and effective. Through one-on-one training, group training, or functional training we will work together to achieve endurance, fat loss, strength gain, and overall wellness.
