Here’s a fairly quick booty focused workout from Sarah Budzyn for the ladies, but guys you can do it too!

Banded crab walk 10 steps each side
Banded static squat toe tap to the back back 10 reps each side
Banded static squat toe tap to the front 10 reps each side
Banded squat jump 10 reps
Dumbbell goblet squat 3x12 superset w/
Dumbbell back lunge 3x12 each
Dumbbell sumo squat 3x12 superset w/
Dumbbell sumo RDL 3x12
Lying weighted glute bridge 3x12 superset w/
Lying plate side raise 3x12 each
Body weight walking lunges 50 reps total (breaks as needed)
